A Mano Baking is sensitive to those with allergies and dietary restrictions. Please be advised that any and all of the following (7) top allergens are used and may be present in our kitchen and the products we produce:

We regret that our kitchen is unable to accommodate wheat/gluten free requests safely at this time.
If you or a loved one has an allergy please feel free to contact us to see if a special order can be accommodated to suit your needs. We will do our absolute best to help! Special requests may incur special pricing due to substitutions. Please be aware that while we aim to delight, we simply cannot ensure that all allergens can be avoided due to the nature of our business. Accordingly, we request that you keep this in mind before consuming our products
Company Donation Program
As a family run business in the heart of Suffolk County, A Mano Baking Company believes in giving with a generous heart. We also recognize the importance of community support in times of need. Let us support your goals and what is close to your heart.
A portion of all sales will be donated to charities (of our choice) that are near and dear to us. Even in our startup phase it is important to us to share what we have been blessed with. We will update this page as donations are made and invite you to join in our support with your own pledge. Together we can all make an important difference.
We are happy to provide a gift certificate to your school, sports, religious organization or other community centered activity to help further your fundraising goals. We are proud lifelong Copiague and Lindenhurst Residents (go Eagles! go Bulldogs!) and will never forget our roots!

Pricing Statement
At A Mano Baking, we strive to bring you the highest quality products using the highest quality ingredients. All our baking is done from scratch and absolutely nothing comes boxed or premade. Our produce is all organic, our vanilla is home brewed and we aim to purchase from vendors who practice green sustainability and share our vision. Accordingly, prices are subject to change without prior notice depending on market availability and sourcing from our partners. We thank you for your understanding.

When communicating with us “out there” via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn or any other social forum, please be advised that we will not tolerate discrimination including age, sex, race, color, creed, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, disability, or marital status or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state, or local laws, regulations or ordinances.
All social media posts and website content including photos, recipes and other shared information are the intellectual property of A Mano Baking Company LLC and we solely retain the rights to them. Simply put, don’t steal our stuff!

Special Orders
If you simply cannot get enough of our specialty items, we invite you to place a special order. Please provide a minimum of (48) hours notice as all items are hand crafted and baked just for you.
If your special order is for an allergy modification kindly speak to us prior to ensure product availability, review ingredients and allow for extra processing requirements.
Holidays and other peak times will require additional notice as we are only able to accept a limited amount of orders. Each order is prepared with the same love and attention you have come to know and expect from us and we will never sacrifice product quality over mass production volume.
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to place any special order. We trust you understand there will be no exceptions to this rule.
Wholesale Program
As professional bakers we know how time consuming in can be to produce high-quality, unique specialty products for your esteemed customers. If you are small business owner in the restaurant, café, fast-food or boutique business please contact us for wholesale pricing on our full line of delectable breads and treats. Choose from our outstanding lineup of creative items or let us craft something special just for you.
Alcohol Content Statement
Some products contain alcohol and will indicate if they do.
